VAYLARO provides digital products, online courses, educational programs, downloadable resources, templates, tools, and other digitally delivered content.
Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, viewed, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access to the purchased digital content has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Purchases of downloadable or digitally delivered products are final once the product has been made available for download, access, or delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital guides and workbooks
Templates
Business tools
Checklists
Digital kits
Downloadable resources
Calculators
Digital bundles
Other electronically delivered materials
We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products because digital files cannot be physically returned once access has been provided.
Course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been activated or any course materials have been accessed.
Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to review the course description, curriculum, pricing, and included materials carefully.
Completion of a course, participation level, business results, income, employment opportunities, or other outcomes are not guaranteed.
Enrollment fees for VAYLARO programs are generally non-refundable once access to the program, portal, materials, resources, sessions, or other included benefits has begun.
If a program includes scheduled components, missed participation by the customer does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
Any additional cancellation or payment terms displayed on the specific program page or during checkout will also apply.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or an incorrect amount was charged, contact VAYLARO as soon as possible.
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
If you successfully complete a purchase but cannot access the digital product, course, or program because of a technical issue, contact us so we can investigate and restore access where possible.
A temporary technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when the purchased content can reasonably be restored or re-delivered.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product or program details before completing checkout.
An accidental purchase, change of mind, failure to use the product, or failure to complete a course or program does not normally qualify for a refund after digital access has been provided.
Unless required by applicable law, purchases made using promotional pricing, discount codes, special offers, bundles, or sale pricing are final.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
For customers located in jurisdictions that provide cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content, those rights may be affected once digital delivery begins.
Where legally required, VAYLARO may request the customer's express consent to begin supplying digital content during an applicable cancellation period and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal may be lost once digital performance begins.
Any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law will continue to apply.
If you experience a billing or access issue, please contact VAYLARO before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Submitting a chargeback does not change the terms of this policy or any applicable legal rights.
